Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you inquire or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and details about the rental you're interested in. Current tenants may also provide a phone number as part of their lease.

How we use it. Only to respond to you, share listings and availability, coordinate maintenance, send rent and lease reminders, schedule viewings, and manage the leasing relationship. If you opt in, we use your mobile number to text you about these things.

Text messaging and your mobile information. We will not share, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, or your text-messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely by TFC Spaces to communicate with you. Opt out anytime by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.

Sharing. We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., our website host or phone/messaging platform), as needed, or when required by law.

Retention. We keep information only as long as needed to assist you and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program. TFC Spaces Tenant Messaging. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our form, you agree to receive SMS texts from TFC Spaces about your rental — listing and availability info, maintenance, rent and lease reminders, and scheduling.

Frequency varies based on your activity and our communications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out (one confirmation follows, then no further texts). Reply HELP for help, or contact office@tfcspaces.com / (903) 525-6797. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of inquiring about or renting any property.
